Return & Exchange Policy
The Ha-Ra warranty entitles you to refund your order within 30 days of your purchase. All products must not have been used and returned in undamaged original packaging in order to be eligible for a complete refund.
All refunds go to the original credit card used for the purchase. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant error.
Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If you need to exchange any item you purchased, please contact us directly. All shipping charges from exchanges will be paid by purchaser unless the exchange is a result of merchant error.
Shipping & Handling
Most items will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM PST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. We only ship throughout Canada.
Orders shipped via Canada Post are trackable by logging onto the Canada Post website. Customers will be notified of the tracking number via an order status update e-mail.
Shipping Fees
We add the following shipping fees to every order:
Flat fee of $17 per order plus;
For every additional item in shipment: $2 shipping
