The Ha-Ra physical-mechanical fibre cleaning system proves to be the most economical in the long term. Ha-Ra products are made from high quality raw materials and are manufactured with the utmost care and to the highest possible standards. Should an article show a material and/or manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.
Ha-Ra Products Canada will give a three year warranty on the WINDOW CLEANER and the FLOOR EXPRESS in normal household use (excluding normal wear and tear on parts such as rubber strips and fibres).
Ha-Ra has various kinds of fibres and equipment for all kinds of surfaces with various degrees of soiling.

Why are the Ha-Ra fibers so unique?

The invention of these special fibres, are due to a genuine concern that Hans Raab showed, as he became aware of health problems among the employees in his cleaning company. Most of these problems could be traced back to the daily use and exposure to the various types of cleaning agents. Being a business man however, Hans Raab understood that whatever was developed should not only be environmentally friendly and healthy but also very practical.
After years of research, the team developed a viable method for production of a fibre that cleans effectively using water only.
During the cleaning process, millions of these extremely fine special fibres loosen even the most stubborn dirt and greasy particles, which are then held amongst the fibres due to the capillary action.
Further developments over the years have resulted in a variety of fibres. (More then 170 patented variations.)
The offshoot of this pioneering effort is a product range that has the ability to clean faster and easier than ver before, while doing away with almost all chemicals.
These two added benefits for the environment are that of less chemical waste, as well as the greatly reduced need for packaging. (Reducing the strain on land fills all around the globe) WATCH VIDEO BELOW
